We want you to love what you receive. If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

How to return an item

To start a return, please get in touch with us before sending anything back. You can contact us via the contact form on our website or by emailing us directly. Once we've confirmed your return, send the item back in its original condition and packaging.

Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery. We're unable to accept returns on personalised or custom-made items unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
